Principal Accountabilities: Provide comprehensive communication in the electronic medical records by documenting all communications and patient care services. Protect operations by maintaining patient confidentiality. Coordinate medical records requests for second opinion consultations. Follow up on incoming patient calls, including discussing lab and radiology results with hematology patients, in collaboration with treating providers. Provide health clearances. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in membership in appropriate professional societies, as well as fulfill mandatory education requirements
